Join Kate Kane in this weekly ongoing series of Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes.
Learn the gentle moves of Tai Chi to develop your balance, coordination, and strength.
Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art that was created in China hundreds of years ago. Now practiced around the world primarily for health, Tai Chi is often called “moving meditation.”
Qi Gong is a closely related family of slow, gentle exercises that can help relax your body and mind, relieve tension, and improve overall health.
